Our online platform enables you to establish a reliable pool of staff through our in-app rating system that allows you to score the staff you take on. All our staff are heavily vetted by our in-house team with more than 40 years of hospitality experience.

How we hire and assess our Back of House Members

All Chefs and KPs are interviewed and assessed to the standard of our experienced BoH Manager, a trained Chef with a wide range of experience including events management, fine dining restaurants, hotels, contract caterers and event caterers.


All Chefs are assessed during a one-on-one interview where they are thoroughly tested on their knowledge and experience.

Chefs are tested on:

  • Technical cooking knowledge and terminology
  • Food safety
  • Inspection of uniform & knives

Kitchen Porters

Kitchen Porters are interviewed before being assessed on their skills, kitchen knowledge and aptitude.

They are required to have a minimum of three months kitchen experience and a proven ability to perform KP duties along with demonstrating that they have the motivation, determination and stamina to work in the kitchen.
