Overview of Health & Food Safety disciplines reviewed in Rota’s Onboarding nationwide

All Rota Staff Members will attend an onboarding and assessment session where the following disciplines are reviewed:

Rota Kitchen Porters upon interview will have a further presentation covering COSHH & PPE in addition to the above disciplines.

Rota Chefs upon interview are tested on Allergens, Food Safety & HACCP and are requested to have the following certification:

Copies of this documentation for each member is captured and stored in our database enabling our partners to request when required.

To complement this, all of Rota’s instructors and onboarding staff are trained to Level 2 standards as a minimum.
